SwiXml Beta 3 (Build 97) released

A new Swixml version has been released and is available for download at the
Swixml Web site at http://www.swixml.org

Added JScrollPane.class to the PrimitiveConverter's constant dictionaries,
allowing the use of constants like: JScrollPane.VERTICAL_SCROLLBAR_ALWAYS
is Swiml attributes.

Added custom attribute "include", which works in compliance with W3C XLink
and XPointer specs.:
Example:
	<mytag include="tags.xml#xyz/>

The content of the tag with the id="xyz" in the external document "tags.xml"
gets added at run-time to mytag's content.

Added ant build file build.xml
Added ./lib/ant.jar to the distribution

Swixml is built and distributed with the updated jdom-b9 (jdom_1_0_b9)

BUG FIXES
---------
Fixed action attribute problems. The order in which attributes
are listed is now irrelevant. SWIXML now automatically resolves action
attributes before applying and other attribute for a tag.
