Hi Guys

Ok, after correcting my ldap schema. I have a correction to submit.

Based on the official LDAP schema from the mozilla fondation 
-http://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Mozilla_LDAP_Address_Book_Schema
-http://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:LDAP_Address_Books

I've corrected and enhanced the creation template of pla.
this new version includes all schema field except 'mozillaUseHtmlMail' attribute. this one should use a combobox, but I don't know how to do this, and the correct values.

I've checked against Thunderbird 2.0.0.12 and all fields are correctly filled.

Please can you integrate (after review) these modifications.

here is a list of  changes:
- New title reflecting the new objectclass
- updated ibjectclass (mozillaAddressBookEntry -> mozillaAbPersonAlpha)
- t_email is now Email
- Added "Screen name" (nsAIMid)
- changed homePostalAddress to mozillaHomeStreet (schema declaration and TB tests)
- changed homePostalAddress2 to mozillaHomeStreet2 (schema declaration and TB tests)
- added "description", "mozillaCustom1", "mozillaCustom2", "mozillaCustom3", "mozillaCustom4"
