Initial Comment:
While attempting to install phpldapadmin-WIP-090413, I had to make the following changes to get it working:

1. Remove the "$redirect=null," argument of the error function in functions.php

2. Add a default for the server base on ds.php line 315:

                $this->default->server['base'] = array(
                        'desc'=>'Base DNs of the LDAP server',
                        'default'=>array(''));
