just trying to add new address book contact with the template generic address book entry.
my php version is 5.1.6
phpldapadmin 1.2.0.5
openldap 2.3.43-12
centos 5.5

my new contact didnt created and i got this error:
	Could not perform ldap_modify operation.
LDAP said:	Cannot modify object class
Error number:	0x45 ()
Description:	


and before this error i have a lot of "non-fatal" errors (i attached a text file)

Your LDAP error "cannot modify object class", and your bug description
"trying to add a new address book contact" are conflicting. IE: If you are
creating a new object, it should exist (and therefore LDAP shouldnt be
trying to modify it).

Can you provide steps to reproduce this problem.
