Summary: Option for minmal mode

Initial Comment:
Hi Deon,

this patch adds a new config option to display PLA in minimal mode. In this mode header and footer parts are hidden. This is useful when you want to display only the most important parts of the application. It is also very important to integrate PLA into other applications (e.g. LDAP Account Manager :) ).

Best regards

Roland
