Summary: Option to initially open the tree

Initial Comment:
Hi Deon,

this patch adds an appearance option "open_tree". If set to true then all trees will be expanded to the first level after the login.
I think this is more user-friendy because usually the first action for an user is to open the first tree level. So maybe this could also be enabled by default.

Best regards

Roland

Thanks Roland - nice idea.

I've left it as a "per server" configuration, not a global config.

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
