Summary: Fix for schema link deactivation

Initial Comment:
Hi Deon,

this patch deactivates the schema links if the schema command is allowed. At the moment PLA shows a warning that a function is not allowed when clicking on the schema links.

Can be reproduced by setting:
$config->custom->commands['script'] = array(
...
	'schema' => false,
...
);
$config->custom->appearance['show_schema_link'] = false;
