Translation files for 1.3

Hello translators,
I intend to release Luma 1.3 on 12. April 2004. There have been many bugfixes 
and small changes under hood. But the main features of this release can be 
seen on the changelog page ( http://luma.sourceforge.net/changelog.html ).
I have put up the new translation files on my webspace 
( http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~ifwd/luma/translations/ ), so everyone can 
pick the files he needs. In older releases there have been some private 
classes which were not marked as "DO NOT TRANSLATE", but this has been 
changed.
A pre-release version for testing can be found at 
http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~ifwd/luma/luma-1.3pre3.tar.bz2 .
If you have any questions regarding translation and/or bugs, don't hesitate to 
post them to the mailinglists.
