1.3 Release comming ...

Today I have put up a new pre-release version of Luma 1.3 on my personal 
webspace, which is located at 
http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~ifwd/luma/luma-1.3pre4.tar.bz2 .
I intend to release 1.3 final in one week which is the 17th of May. During 
this time the translators have some time to bring the translation up to date. 
If there is anyone with a translation-file which is not yet incorporated, 
please email it to me so i can commit it. Afterwards you get the new file. The 
current translation files can be found at 
http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~ifwd/luma/translations/ .
Main features of this release are an usermanegement-plugin, a new 
server-configuration dialog and a new widget which displays ldap-objects. I 
will prepare some documentation which explains the new features in detail and 
put it on the official project page.
