Small mistake in translation files.

I made a small mistake regarding the translation of the 
UserManagementWidgetDesign class. Because it was a private plugin for my 
university, I commented all user-visible strings with 'DO NOT TRANSLATE'. But 
since this plugin is going public now, these strings should be translated. 
Brasilian is not affected by this since the translater ignored my 
comments ;))
