conf paths

Hi,

There's an inconsistency in conf files organization and conf paths used 
in code ($conf->get(PATH)) to retrieve values: currently, the path 
doesn't reflect the position of the file:
        FILE                                   CONF PATH IN CODE
/conf/binarycloud.conf.xml                      /binarycloud
/conf/binarycloud/auth.conf.xml                 /auth
/conf/vortex/myapp.conf.xml                     /myapp

Either we should add '/bianrycloud' and '/vortex' prefixes to conf 
paths, but it's heavy, or drop sub dirs in conf/.
