Branching would be easy. Simply copy r3 from https:// 
svn.binarycloud.com/source/ to https://svn.binarycloud.com/source/r4  
like this:

svn cp https://svn.binarycloud.com/source/r3 https:// 
svn.binarycloud.com/source/r4

Then go ahead hacking in r4 (svn mv, svn rm, svn cp) and commit  
everything back to the server :)
