Binarycloud r4/PHP 5

Finally,


A branch of binarycloud has been created which now runs under php5.  
All features seem to work. Testsite should still run...

Development with php 5 brings relieve compared to php 4. I hope this  
will help to get some renewed interest from developers into the  
binarycloud framework. I will put up a news flash informing visitors  
on the wiki...

changes from r3
- a quick scan to resolve php warnings on depreciated stuff
   - instanceof replaced is_a
   - static calling (getInstance, etc...)
   - var $variable declaration -> public/static/protected
- creole still is a part of binarycloud (as a 'package') the source  
is now in pear though
- propel 1-1-1 (persistant db layer) has been added as a package. I  
just used the very basic features but it plays nicely

to be done;
- php4 style exceptions should be changed to real try/catch/throws.
- adding of public/static/private/protected etc... to class/var  
definitions
