I don't remember if I've checked in updated version of the tree TR proposal. But it was generated with quickbook < http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/tree/libs/tree/proposal/proposal.qbk>. It uses a special CSS to make it look very close to the standard text style also.
