I'm in the process of rebasing to SDL3 for low level platform

<p>I don't have any customers/client/projects currently using Fox
but I respect how the library side-stepped platform specific
headers and such. That said, one cannot have Serial Ports,
D-Bus, and other low level things when they side step the OS

<p>Personally I think the Fox project should just kick back and

a MAC/Apple build that successfully builds. There is no one to

<p>The problem with Wayland . . . is it sucks. They tried for
"One Ring To Rule Them All" without watching the Lord of the
Rings movies to see how that turned out. There was
absolutely no reason to force their virtual reality
N-dimensional vision onto a desktop. You can't even save an
application window position and reopen it in the same place.
People been used to that since GUI DOS (Windows prior to
NT).</p>
<p>As an embedded systems person in the medical device world I
can tell you that XWayland sh*t don't work! It's a rental
car company's definition of "full sized."</p>
