GNUMail.app / Pantomime changes

Hi,

I'll slowly develop this week a new caching mechanism for the local 
mboxes in GNUMail.app / Pantomime (mostly in Pantomime, of course).
This will dramatically speedup everything and introduce new features 
(like the ability to see how many read/unread messages you have from the 
MailboxManager).

I'll break A LOT of things in the following days so I'm warning you to not 
use the CVS version of GNUMail.app / Pantomime unless you want to follow 
what I'm doing.
