Ann: Preferences 1.1.0

What is it?

A clone of the NeXTstep program of the same name. Feature set is the same as
it was last week, this is a release of the current code for purposes of module
development and comments.

Now that it's in CVS, I can work on some more modules without fear of breaking
the whole damn thing. :)
