another question about layout in ICU 2.6

Hi,

I still struggle to get Khmer running in OpenOffice. 

Before I dig into the code I'd like to ask here:
Has there been any issue with glyph positioning in ICU 2.6?
I see wrong glyph positions if the font uses anchor to define the position of 
a sub- or superscript glyph. The glyph is moved to the left.
