Hello Eric,

thanks for your reply. I was very excited when I read this. But after cooling 
down and actually testing it I must say it is only part of the solution. 

I have a base character with two stacked subscripts. Now the second one is not 
moved anymore to the left but the first one still is. And the second one is 
not moved down so that they are rendered at the same position.

After testing the same with ./gnomelayout without success and searching the 
Jitterbugs I get the impression that ICU 2.6 is not capable of vertical 
adjusting two subscripts. 
Is this correct?

If yes I have to wait until OOo will switch to ICU 3.2 to get the Khmer fonts 
with anchor supported.
