I clearly need to read the bugs, but I do know that there is eternal confusion when someone says 
"next week" on a Sunday or similar. Colloquially (sp?), I have found it ambiguous whether the 
current unit of time is the 0th or the 1st one. I hope this is not an attempt to regulate the language.

I remember from living in North Carolina that "dinner" is ambiguous. The "Northern" usage was 
"lunch" during mid-day and "dinner" in the evening, while the "Southern" usage was "dinner" during 
mid-day and "supper" in the evening. Sometimes one had to clarify. Times vary regionally and 
culturally (even within regions) as well.
