Well, as you could see in the Jitterbug, it's closed - which means we fixed it.

This was a bug in the Unicode case mapping spec. We got Unicode to issue an erratum, which we 
implemented. You can see all of this if you look at the bug page and also at the CVS diffs linked 
from there.
