CVS snapshot: Thai-Latin doesn't work

Thai-Latin doesn't seem to actually do anything in the current CVS 
snapshot. I hope this is a known problem...

If I give it:

\u0e1e\u0e30\u0e0a\u0e30

it doesn't do anything. On the other hand, Latin-Thai seems to be 
working.
