Re: CVS snapshot: Thai-Latin doesn't work

jitterbug 4258 seems to be a duplicate of 1960, 1971, 2034 and 4009.

I will return 4258.

I can't advise as to Any-BreakInternal, but as to the range of characters. 
I
suspect that was from when some combining marks were not included in the
scripts; later, if they were only used in a single script they were added.
