I am doing my graduation project on 2D-3D registration. As known generation of Digitally Reconstructed Radiograph (DRR)
is computationally expensive, so I am trying to perform the DRR generation in each optimizer iteration in terms of GPU.
How can I do that by ITK and OpenCL ?
