I've seen in pydicom and opencv how to resize a DICOM image to an arbitrary pixel resolution (e.g. going from 512x512 down to 128x128). Does SimpleITK have a way to do this for 3D image volumes (i.e. rescale height, width, and slice at the same time? I'm looking to have a method to make my DICOM volumes uniform in shape. Thanks. -Tony _____________________________________ Powered by www.kitware.com Visit other Kitware open-source projects at http://www.kitware.com/opensource/opensource.html Kitware offers ITK Training Courses, for more information visit: http://www.kitware.com/products/protraining.php Please keep messages on-topic and check the ITK FAQ at: http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_FAQ Follow this link to subscribe/unsubscribe: http://public.kitware.com/mailman/listinfo/insight-users
