libchpcard3c is needed

Hi together,

i wana compile aqbanking and follow error is coming on ./configure.

ich have tried to get a actuel libchard for my debian package.
(e.g. libchipcard3-3.0.3.tar.gz)

but they are not working.
This help-message is the result.
