i2c memory card and ACR38 reader

Hello,

I'm trying to read D2000 card on an ACR38U-CFC (P/N on the back of reader).

The card reader is recognized by pcsc-lite (debian package
pcscd and debian driver package libacr38u) but as soon I'm inserting a 
memory card there is a messsage "fail to power on".
After some search I've understood that I can't read memory card with 
pcsc-lite (Am I right ?)

So I've tried with libchipcard as I'm thinking this is the only way to 
read memory card (Am I right again ?).


As my card reader isn't in the list of supported reader but is 
recognized with pcsc-lite, I've tried with ccid drivers (ccid-1.3.2) but 
with no success.

After looking the code of ccid drivers, it seems that my reader is not 
supported.
In code the ID of supported one:
# Advanced Card Systems
0x072f:0x90cc:ACS ACR 38U-CCID

and mine (output of lsusb):
ID 072f:9000 Advanced Card Systems, Ltd ACR38 AC1038-based Smart Card Reader

Is there someone who have successfully an I2C card in an ACR38 reader ?

Is there something I can do to have my reader supported ? (I can develop 
some code if someone can put me in the way)
