That's what I mean

Ok, I think the driver is of the IFD type, but I am not sure. This is
the working configuration for pcscd:
	FRIENDLYNAME "CardMan4000"
	DEVICENAME /dev/null
	LIBPATH /usr/lib/pcsc/drivers/libcm4000.so
	CHANNELID      0

As it is a pcmcia-card, there is of course no usb id. But maybe this
helps:

# cardctl ident
Socket 0:

  manfid: 0x0223, 0x0002
