libchipcard2-2.1.3: cannot install API documentation

Hi!

I've unsuccessfully tried to install the API documentation of 
libchipcard-2.1.3. The Makefile target srcdoc-install depends on 
listdoc.h, but this file isn't present. Just copying over the listdoc.h 
rule from aqbanking-2.0.0 doesn't work, of course, since the directory 
headers does not exist. In fact, it doesn't even exist in 
aqbanking-2.0.0, so it's probably broken there, too.
What header files should the command iterate over to generate the API 
documentation? I couldn't find anything obvious.

PS: Please CC me in this thread. Sourceforge has apparently cancelled my 
subscription sometime around last december without any notice and I 
don't get any response to my subscription request. Just hope this post 
goes through. :-/
