Python bindings for libchipcard2, dummy driver

Hi! I've seen there are Python bindings for aqbanking. How about bindings for libchipcard? And is there some kind of "dummy" driver for libchipcard I can use for simulating a smartcard (so I can fully test the code before porting it to a smartcard)? PS: Again, please CC me.
