No, the existing libusbK driver will continue to work under
Windows 10.

That June 2016 date talks about the digital certificate which
the developers are using now (non-EV certificate). It seems
that EV certificate will be needed for Windows 10.

As long as you can live with the existing libusbK driver, then
you do not need to worry.
