For users of libusb-win32 filter driver, it may or may not work. If it works
that is good. If it does not, we will not support it.

If you want to use something like the libusb-win32 filter driver but
is more updated, you may want to look at usbdk.

usbdk has been integrated in libusb (libusb-1.0 API) git and
will be included in the upcoming libusb 1.0.21 release.
