Re: Continued development?

Hi -- ITL is being actively developed and has had several releases 
since 2001.  The latest version is ITL 4.

MTL2 has unfortunately languished somewhat due to issues of funding, 
staffing, and research priorities in my group.  MTL3 has been underway 
for some time but not yet available for release.
