MTL itself does not currently have eigensolvers. However, if you are
working with dense matrices, MTL has an interface to LAPACK
eigenroutines. For sparse systems, there is the IETL
http://www.comp-phys.org/software/ietl/ietl.html -- or you can
probably interface to something like ARPACK without too much trouble.
