How to build debian package?

First, thanks to all for your hard work on this library!  It is much
appreciated.

On raspberry pi, I found that the supplied packages for pcsc, ifdnfc,
libnfc.. did not work together.
However, make/install all these from source works fine.

So now, is there an easy way to build debian packages for libnfc and ifdnfc?
Or a hard way would be better than none :)
