Maybe you should report the problem(s) to Debian, even if the Raspberry Pi
(or raspbian) is not a supported platform.
Use the "reportbug" tool for example.

So now, is there an easy way to build debian packages for libnfc and ifdnfc?

It should be (very) easy to rebuild a existing Debian package.
