I know quite well some other technologies : Mifare Classic and Calypso cards.
Does the eTicket scheme look like these ?

And the data in the card, how is it stored ?
I mean, for reading, since the SAM authenticate the card, do we read sectors, blocs, file ID ?

And since we get data, how is it structured ?

Can you point me some public document explaining all that ?

I worked for about two years in company specialized on online ticket
services. eTicket was my department so I know a lot about this stuff.

You can not simply read a ticket from a card without implementing a
complex protocol. You need a SAM for reading/writing a ticket from/to
the card. There definitely is not just an APDU for reading.

If you could give me some more information I may can help but your
question is not precise enough.
