Please find attached the generic FOSSY call for participation with
more details about the conference and how to submit talk proposals.

Note that the official call for participation has a deadline that is
one week earlier than the toolchain track one. Although we will accept
talk proposals up to June 1st, please try to submit by May 22 if
possible. That will make coordination with other FOSSY tracks easier
for the program committee.
