Hi,

While I'm not really adverse to including such files, I'm more concerned about
being able to maintain it when files are added/removed, or something in the
build changes. Like currently, openal-info was moved from examples/ to utils/,
the Wave Writer backend is now a build option, and there's a new Null Output
backend... I wouldn't know what, if any, changes would need to be made for
that.

If there's something to help deal with that, I can consider it. I just don't
like including something that I can't upkeep.
