OpenAL 1.8 vs. 2.0

Hi guys,

sorry that this might be a stupid question. We are using OpenAL 1.8 in our system at the moment. Now we are thinking about upgrading to 2.0 since it is already available for quiet some time now. 

Here is the question:

What exactly is the difference between the two versions? Is there some kind of Version log where the new Features are listed?

My second question is, how problematic is the Upgrade. Is it just an .dll exchange or do I have to consider anything else important?
