Hi Somkid,

VOCAL itself has the sip2h323 translator, but I'm not
sure to what extend it works, as I haven't tried it
much. Had some compilations issues. 

The following link is also interesting which uses oSIP
 and Openh323 stacks. Since your research is in this
area i'm sure you can spend some time on these :-).
