Hi,

You may find assistance from [email protected] . you will need to 
subscribe to post.

are you using allinoneconfigure to configure it? if so, then it should 
start pserver automatically. if it says pserver isn't running, then 
pserver may not be starting for some reason. in that case, try running 
it manually (you have to pass an option (-d?) to keep it from going 
into the background) and see if it works.
