Re: java codec

Hi avinash

The problem is java is not the place where I come from, actually I come
from MATLAB, and I was able to carry out an amazing voice chat at 2kbps(I
will take it to less soon), but I had to use te codec operation in matlab
and the network communication over java, now I want things to go hand in
had together , because I had a big delay due to the use of
crossplatforming, I have started writing my own codec in java, but I am
facing big troubles in carrying out the DSP operations in java, am just
not getting the concept, the more accuracy I get, the higher delay I
obtain, according to my calculations it shouldn’t take much delay, and
when I made the performance analysis I found out the my algorithm has
nothing to do with that big delay dramatically. I just need information
from someone who made something actually about codec in java, the API you
mentioned is already studied and it doesn’t supply much, actually it was
created to shield the complexity of the DSP operations, which is am stuck
in, so please if you or anyone else can help in the direction of “writing
codec in java from A-Z I know there is such thing I might pay for it ”
