I have some questions on Marshal Server

Dear all,

I am testing the Vovida System. But I have some questions about the Marshal Server. 

Firstly, is Marshal server stateful or stateless? If it can be stateful, how to configure it?

Secondly, I have to 2 UAs behind 2 different symmetric NATs. How can I use Marshal server to make these 2 UAs communicate with each other.
