Login Failed into Vocal GUI

Hi ,

   I have successfully complied Vocal. (configure,
make and make instal (as root))

   I run allinoneconfigure  and it looks like it runs
OK. I see these Processes running:

          fs 5080               1744                  
  
          fs 5085               1745                  
  
          fs 5090               1746                  
  
          fs 5095               1747                  
  
          fs 5100               1748                  
  
          fs 5105               1749                  
  
          fsvm 5110             1750                  
  
          ms 5060               1751                  
  
          ms 5064               1752                  
  
          ms 5065               1755                  
  
          ps                    2689                  
  
          rs 5070               1757                  
  
          vmserver              1758

  However, I am unable to Login to the Web GUI (using
IE), I get Login Failed or Expired.

   I also cannot use the passwd correctly when I use
verifysip -a

  I have this error in the ps-.log 
"Bad Passwd "

  ANy help is appreciated
