Marshall server in Vocal 1.5.0 - stateless or stateful ?

Hi,
I am trying to integrate Vocal 1.5.0 with the SAF AIS(Service
Availability Forum - Application Interface Specification) and come up
with a call setup demo which illustrates the high availability feature
of SAF AIS.

To accomplish this, I need to know whether the Marshall server which
is the SIP Proxy server in Vocal 1.5.0 is a "stateless" proxy or a
"stateful" proxy ?. If anyone knows this, please let me know.

Any help is appreciated.
