Building wxWidgets via Visual Studio sln files -> "custom" suffix?

Hello wxWidgets users,
I would like to preemptively say that I know almost nothing about C++,
much less about Visual Studio.
I am trying to build wxWidgets on Windows 10 64 bit using the provided
Visual Studio sln solutions.
After the build is finished, I get DLLs with a "_custom" suffix. Is there a
way *not* to have that suffix using the sln files?
My apologies in advance for the dumb question.
Thank you.
Andrea.
