 You have the rather noticeable "Download Windows Binaries" button on
https://www.wxwidgets.org/downloads/ which you can use to download the
binaries for the support gcc versions. Or, if you prefer, you can get
them from https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/releases/tag/v3.2.3
directly.
