Wrapping is done using a script that outputs a rudimentary class
wrapper, which is then tweaked and adjusted by hand.  

The work is a bit tedious, but the end result, IMO, is that the wrapper
will be easy to maintain (just as easy as a generator), and take
advantage of a few more C# features that would be difficult to handle
solely by wrappers.
