VS7 bug: "wx.NET.dll cannot be copied to the run directory"

If you run VS7, you have or will soon discover this. I have discussed it 
with MS and they have confirmed that it is a bug in VS7. If you put all 
of your assemblies in the same directory (as .NET expects), and one of 
the assemblies references another in that directory, and the size of the 
  referenced assembly is > 64K, you get the error. That's the MS line 
anyway. How this wasn't caught in beta testing is beyond me. Why MS 
didn't release a fix *immediately* is beyond me. The workaround is to 
put the assembly referencing wx.NET.dll into a different directory. Or 
do what I'm doing and move over to Linux and Mono.
